- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. thyme
- dash of garlic salt
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach well.

2Mix eggs, stuffing mix, onion, cheese, butter, thyme and garlic salt together.

3Chill.

4Roll into balls.

5Freeze on cookie sheet.

6Store in Ziploc bags in freezer.

7Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.
