  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 2 onions (red), finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. fennel seed (not optional)

Directions

    Add cooked spinach to all the ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate until chilled enough to shape into walnut size balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes about 65 balls.
