Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, chopped and well drained
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 T. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. thyme
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

    Mix well, form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet, then freeze.

    After frozen, place in plastic bagges in freezer until needed.

    Bake frozen in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
