Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs (use 2 whole eggs and 2 whites)
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent (a must)
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook the spinach according to directions, drain and squeeze. Add all other ingredients, mix until well blended.

    Refrigerate for a few hours.

    Remove and roll into small balls, appetizer size, placing on a cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
