Spinach Braid

  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. + grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
  • Provolone cheese

Directions

    Mix spinach (dry), cheeses and garlic.

    Roll out each package of crescent rolls to make two rectangles; seal seams.

    Place 1/2 mix on each rectangle; place 1-inch pieces of Provolone on top. Cut 1-inch strips, diagonally and cross over filling and seal. Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes or until brown.
