- 2 pkgs. of bakery dough
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 10 oz. pkg frozen, chopped spinach
- 10 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Directions

1Allow dough to thaw.

2Cook spinach according to directions on package.

3Drain.

4Remove sausage from casing and brown.

5Roll dough in two large squares.

6Beat egg, (reserving a little) and mix into spinach.

7Spread half spinach, sausage and mozzarella cheese onto each loaf.

8Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

9Fold edges of dough and roll up, sealing ends.

10Brush tops with remaining egg and score tops slightly.

11Allow to rise for 1-2 hours.

12Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.

13Serve hot. Serves 8.
