Spinach Carrot Cake

- 200 g butter (room temperature)
- 4 eggs
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 100 g cheese, grated (old)
- 400 g carrots
- 250 g spinach (frozen)
Directions

1Preheat oven at 175 C.

2Grease short sides cake form with butter, use baking paper to cover the long sides.

3Use mixer to mix eggs with butter.

4Add self-rising flour and mix.

5Add cheese, season with salt and pepper to your likening.

6Divide dough in two parts.

7Grate carrot and mix with one part.

8Push water out of spinach and mix with other part.

9Put carrot dough in baking stuff and then spinach dough.

10Bake for 1 hour and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

11Lift out of caking form and cut into pieces.
