- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts (optional)
- 1 small can artichoke hearts
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cream butter and cheese.

2Add cooked spinach and finely chopped water chestnuts.

3Line 1 1/2-quart casserole with artichoke hearts.

4Fill with spinach mixture.
