- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.

2Beat eggs with cornstarch.

3Add spinach and mix.

4Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole at 325° for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
