  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.

    Beat eggs with cornstarch.

    Add spinach and mix.

    Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole at 325° for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
