  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
