  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 oz. Muenster cheese, grated
  • garlic salt
  • onion salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Cook spinach until broken up and drain.

    Add 3 1/2 ounces of the cheese, eggs and spices; mix well, adding a small amount of water if needed.

    Top with remaining cheese and bake at 450° or until brown on top.
