- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. grated Brick or Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 large clove, crushed
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
Directions

1Steam spinach and squeeze out water.

2Mix all ingredients with electric mixer.

3Bake in 2 1/2-quart baking dish on 350° for 35 minutes or use scoop and bake individual servings on cookie sheet.
