  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 oz. grated Brick or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 large clove, crushed
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder

Directions

    Steam spinach and squeeze out water.

    Mix all ingredients with electric mixer.

    Bake in 2 1/2-quart baking dish on 350° for 35 minutes or use scoop and bake individual servings on cookie sheet.
