  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

    Cook spinach in a small amount of lightly salted water until thawed; drain.
