- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach (chopped)
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain thoroughly.

2Combine spinach with cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese and eggs and blend thoroughly.

3Pour into a greased shallow casserole or 7 x 11-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
