Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) chopped, frozen spinach
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. coarse fresh bread cubes
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Heat spinach with water until thawed.

2Add butter.

3Heat until butter melts.

4Remove from heat.

5Do not drain.

6Stir in bread cubes and seasonings.

7Turn into casserole.

8Toss crumbs, Parmesan cheese and butter.

9Spread over spinach.

10Bake in preheated 400° oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until hot through.

11Makes 8 to 10 servings.
