Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 large (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well. Combine spinach, sour cream and onion soup.

    Put in a greased casserole.

    Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm crumbs (mashed until fine) with Parmesan cheese. Cook in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
