- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dehydrated onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Put cream cheese in a bowl; mix until softened.

2Add egg and onion; mix well.

3Heat water to boil.

4Add beef bouillon; let dissolve.

5When water is slightly cooled, add to cream cheese mixture and blend together.

6Remember, the water should not be too hot, or it will cook the egg.

7You don't want that to happen. Thaw spinach; squeeze out excess water.

8Add spinach to cream cheese; mix well.

9Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

10Put spinach in casserole.

11Bake, covered, for 10 minutes at 350°.

12Remove cover and bake additional 10 minutes.

13Serves 6 to 8.
