  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free sour cream
  • paprika

Directions

    Slightly cook and drain spinach.

    Mix cream cheese into spinach, along with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Put in buttered 2-quart casserole.

    Cover top completely with sour cream and paprika.

    Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes.
