- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Velveeta cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Cut margarine and Velveeta into small pieces.

2Mix spinach, cottage cheese, margarine, Velveeta and flour.

3Add eggs, one at a time.

4Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
