- 8 slices buttered bread
- 1 frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water (pour into soup)
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 eggs, beaten very well
Directions

1Cut bread slices (5) into cubes into buttered dish.

2Put 1/2 spinach over bread, then 1 cup cheese.

3Repeat this again with remaining ingredients.

4Pour beaten eggs into soup.

5Stir well. Pour onto casserole.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight for 4 hours.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
