- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach and onions in salted water, until spinach is thawed.

2Drain well.

3Beat eggs and add other ingredients.

4Mix well with spinach and onions.

5Bake in a greased casserole for 25 to 30 minutes at 350° or until set.
