- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 to 1 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package instructions.

2Drain quickly, adding cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter.

3Stir until melted.

4Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

5Pour into greased casserole.

6Top with stuffing, drizzle remaining melted butter over all.

7Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
