- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.

2Place spinach on paper towels; squeeze until barely moist.

3Combine with remaining ingredients, mixing well.

4Pour into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole.

5Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or until center is set.
