- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions on package.

2Drain well. Combine cream cheese and onion in bowl.

3Mix well.

4Add milk and mix until smooth.

5Mix in spinach.

6Spoon into greased 1-quart baking dish.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
