Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lg. cream cheese
  • Nutmeg
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Seasoned croutons

Directions

    Cook spinach and onion in 1/2 c. water about 15 mintues.

    Drain thoroughly.

    Add cream cheese and blend.

    Add nutmeg to taste, salt and pepper.

    Put in small baking dish or individual 3-inch ramkins. Cover with thick layer of sour cream.
