- 1 large can spinach
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 hard-boiled egg (optional)
Directions

1Drain spinach; add egg yolks, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup milk and 3/4 of the cheese.

2Mix together.

3Beat egg whites.

4Add to the mixture in a casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° until cheese is melted thoroughly.

6Melt remaining cheese with a little milk; pour on top of casserole.

7When done, slice boiled egg and put on top.
