- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Cook spinach.

2Drain thoroughly.

3Combine spinach with cottage cheese and eggs.

6Continue to mix until blended.

7Pour into a greased shallow casserole or 7 x 11-inch pan.
