Spinach Casserole

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Thaw spinach and drain very well.

    Combine the spinach, sour cream and onion soup in buttered casserole.

    Combine cracker crumbs, butter and cheese.

    Put cracker mixture over top of spinach.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serves 6.
