• 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
• 1 roll jalapeno cheese
• 1 roll bacon cheese
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/2 c. liquid from spinach
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• bread crumbs
