- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 or 3 dashes nutmeg
- 1 tsp. mustard or lemon juice
Directions

1Cook spinach in small amount of water.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Beat eggs and add 1/4 of spinach water, cottage cheese and flour.

4Season with nutmeg and mustard or lemon juice.

5Add drained spinach.

6Bake in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes at 350°.

7Serves 7 or 8.
