Spinach Casserole(Low-Fat)

  • 1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain.

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Add spinach, cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of cheese, nutmeg and pepper.

    Stir well.

    Place in dish; sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.

    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350° until set.
