- 1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- dash of salt
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain.

2Saute onion in margarine.

3Add spinach, cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of cheese, nutmeg and pepper.

4Stir well.

5Place in dish; sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.

6Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350° until set.
