  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 envelope dried soup mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix sour cream, onion soup and eggs together.

    Add spinach and mix thoroughly.

    Place in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm in the middle.
