- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- dash ground nutmeg
Directions

1Toss cheese with flour.
