- 1 small onion
- fresh parsley
- 3 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz feta cheese, drained and crumbled
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh nutmeg to taste
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen phyllo dough, thawed to room temp
- 2 cups butter, melted
