  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions, sauteed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine spinach, cream cheese, butter, onion and pepper. Place in casserole dish in alternating layers with artichoke hearts, starting and ending with a layer of spinach. Top with cheeses. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
