Spinach Dip

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 (1 5/8 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 round loaves dark rye bread

Directions

    Thaw, drain and chop spinach; do not cook.

    Add dry soup mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts and onion.

    Combine with spinach and soup mix.

    Scoop out center of one loaf and place dip into the hollow.
  5. 5
    Cut up second loaf (and center piece) of bread into cubes for dipping.
