  • 1 1/2 c. light sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper

    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well.
