  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, squeeze out water
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 lb. pumpernickel bread

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and let sit for 2 hours.

    Prepare a well in middle of bread loaf (removed bread cut in cubes).

    Place spinach dip in well.
  4. 4
    Place cubes around bread.
  5. 5
    Dip cubes into center when complete and tear bread from loaf.
