- 2 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. (2 oz.) Ranch dressing mix
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
Directions

1Thaw spinach and squeeze out water.

2You may also use a microwave to defrost but do not cook.

3Add sour cream, Ranch dressing, chopped water chestnuts and spinach.

4Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

5Serve in hollowed out pumpernickel round loaf.

6Cut hollowed bread pieces to dip.
