- 2 loaves pumpernickel bread
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup fat-free Miracle Whip
- 1 (85 g) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 250 g spinach, cooked and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced in to think rings
Directions

1Slice top off one of the pumpernickle breads (use as top later).

2Hollow out bread and cube pieces for dipping.

3Chop remaining pmpernickle and sourdough loaves into cubes.

4Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.

5Put dip into hollowed out bread.

6Serve on a large platter with cubed bread scattered around the dip-filled loaf.
