Spinach Dip

  • 2 loaves pumpernickel bread
  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup fat-free Miracle Whip
  • 1 (85 g) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 250 g spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced in to think rings

Directions

    Slice top off one of the pumpernickle breads (use as top later).

    Hollow out bread and cube pieces for dipping.

    Chop remaining pmpernickle and sourdough loaves into cubes.

    Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.

    Put dip into hollowed out bread.

    Serve on a large platter with cubed bread scattered around the dip-filled loaf.
