  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 package (1.4 Oz. Packet) Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder, To Taste
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning To Taste
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Water Chestnuts, Chopped Fine
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 package Frozen Chopped Spinach (10 Oz.), Thawed And Drained Very Well

Directions

    Mix together all the ingredients.

    Let set overnight or at least 4 hours.

    Can be served in a hollowed out loaf of bread or head of cabbage.

    Serve with crackers and/or carrots and celery.
