Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 350 ml Sour cream
  • 250 ml Cream cheese or ricotta
  • 1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 packages Spring vegetable soup mix
  • 150 grams Frozen spinach
  • 2 stick Spring onion, sliced
  • 1 Garlic salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut top off loaf and Scoop the innards of loaf carefully.

    Rip into bite size pieces and toast under grill.
  3. 3
    (I bought an extra loaf to make it go further).
  4. 4
    Defrost spinach and mix well with other ingredients.

    Pour mix into loaf- serve on a large platter with toasted bite sized bread bits, celery sticks and carrot sticks.
