Spinach Dip

  • 2 pkg. thawed, frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 round loaf rye bread

Directions

    Combine the spinach, parsley and onion in blender, until well blended.

    Remove from the blender and add mayonnaise.
  3. 3
    Cut center out of the bread and cube (cubes to be used for dip).
  4. 4
    This should be made one day in advance.
