Spinach Dip

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 loaves French bread

Directions

    Thaw spinach; chop the green onions and dice the water chestnuts.

    Set aside.

    Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and soup mix.
  4. 4
    Mix well and then add the spinach, onions and water chestnuts.

    Cut out top of loaves of bread and fill with mixture. (This will fill two loaves of bread or just refill one.)

    Great for large groups.
