Spinach Dip

- 1 pkg. vegetable soup/dip mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 small green scallions, finely chopped
Directions

1Thaw frozen spinach.

2Rinse, drain and squeeze out excess juice.

3Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and chill for 2 hours.

4Serve in hollowed out round bread (such as rye/pumpernickel) with scooped out bread, cut into chunks.

5I sometimes put a small bowl in the center of the bread and put the dip in the bowl.

6This way the rest of the bread can be later broken up to use with the dip.
