  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry leek soup mix
  • 3/4 c. each: chopped parsley and green onions
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. salad seasoning mix
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper

    Squeeze spinach of excess moisture; finely chop and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.

    Stir in soup mix, mixing well.
