- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. dried Lipton vegetable soup
- 1 whole loaf pumpernickel bread
Directions

1Squeeze some water from spinach.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Serve in a scooped out pumpernickel bread, saving the cut-out cubed bread for dipping along with vegetables.
