  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. dried Lipton vegetable soup
  • 1 whole loaf pumpernickel bread

    Squeeze some water from spinach.

    Blend with mayo and sour cream.

    Stir in chopped onions and vegetable soup.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Serve in a scooped out pumpernickel bread, saving the cut-out cubed bread for dipping along with vegetables.
