Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (blue box)
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. round bread (pumpernickel is best)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours. Hollow out round bread, saving excess bread for dipping.

    Fill round bread with mixture.

    Cut excess bread into cubes for dipping into spinach dip.
