  • 1 envelope soup mix (Lipton recipe)
  • 16 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry

Directions
