Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions (tops too)

Directions

    Run cold water over spinach in colander until thawed.

    Drain well on paper towels.
  3. 3
    Squeeze all moisture out of spinach.
  4. 4
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

    Stir well. Serve with Town House or wheat crackers.
